I've yet to see any quantitative evidence to show that seals are to blame.Yes the flounders have been effected by the Seals.

The harbour has not fished well since the unexplained demise of eels and flounders.
School bass present all year, but April - Nov best.

No good taking every bait under the sun (snow) this time of year.
Stick to 3 small worm baits and at least weigh in most times.
Fish haphazardly and you'll catch haphazardly.
