if your on about fishing the river from cambois side you can park pretty much next to the wooden jettys , the grounds the same as blyth side , or if your talking about behind alcan bins then the ramps ( high tide mark)your best shot with a littlun with you , the reports of big fish being caught it w...

only seen one maccy caught up river in the last couple of years , if the coalies are in then you should have no bother catching down the edges but it depends on wether the bait fish have gone up river yet

the evening tide seems to be producing better Graham at Blyth anyway , you should be ok if its windy or raining it seems to keep most of the nutters in doors lol if not ive a hard hat i can lend ya :D

theres a few codling being caught up the tyne and roker pier is throwing up some flattys and blyth is still quiet ive had some nice flouders up to 32 cm and a nice dab not very big but a nice looking fish and a couple of coalies at 32cm each but its only 1 fish per sesh at the moment , all taken on ...

off out today with my m8 bill , starting of at blyth docks for a few hours then hitting cambois beach and the wansbeck mouth taking crab/lug/rag/maccy and raw prawns will report the morn how it goes :)
