Is anyone fishing anywhere? The forum seems quiet compared to last year?

Nice one Col. Thought I might have a go myself tomorrow - if this wind drops.

Line Repair

One thing you might be able to do is make up a shooting head with it.....
Used to use such things in my Thames Water reservoir fishing days to get distance. Not sure if this helps RichHL

Well all I can say is the seals must be going hungry if they are compared to me, an average angler, who had trouble catching a cold last year! :D

I think there was some talk last year about 'geese flying North', a sign of water temps. going up and that being a good time to get back in there? Hoping for a much better early season this year.

No joy in Suffolk I'm afraid - too windy and only a few flat fish around.

Suffolk - Lowestoft and to the south

I'm off up to this area at the weekend - anyone tried any SWFFING along this part of the coast? Any pointers would be very much appreciated. Cheers RichHL

I know... can't persuade the better half to up sticks and move closer to the briny but hopefully in a few weeks I'll have a bit more time to devote to it. Always happy to join you and the others if you let me know where and when. :) RichHL
