Wish I had know this years ago. I think it's best to avoid milk or any thing with milk in it , that used to affect me. But I will never forget being out on the Edystone with me Dad years ago. One old git told me never look down at the Sea , next person says never look up at the horizon. Guess I made...

That's one place I thought about. Plaice do pop up there and in the gin clear calm water that would be the time. Before anyone says it's too early. Well I have had Plaice at Branscombe in December before now. You need to hit the sandy bits. Which is hit and miss any how. I got my information from a ...

If you are fishing any of these locations PM me and I can try and help sort you out. Alternatively contact Honiton Sea Angling club. Not now but in summer they practice and teach e...

So exactly where is "Lyme Piers"? I know of the Cobb wall or Harbour wall. But never heard it called that before. Plenty of Whiting showing further down Seaton way that's for sure. Some reasonable sized too. Expect a hand full as it turns dark. 3 hook rigs with fishy baits works a treat. One Greedy ...

Do you mean Lyton Lynmouth North Devon ? Ivy stone is the place for Tope. Not sure at moment though. Wrong time of year. Nor would I recommend you trying to walk out there on your own without any local knowledge. See your from Heathrow. Be careful , it's the Bristol channel. Second biggest tide vari...

The estuary that should have had a trickle of water in it at low tide was in fact full at low water time. Inc...

You used to be able to drive right down on to the beach until bloody so called travelers(hedge monkeys) started parking there. You now have to park at top and walk down. Not wishing to put anyone off , but I had a couple mates who had there cars vandalized at night. They were not the only ones that ...
