As Matt1980 says, your best bet is Ferry Bridge, park on the car park by the car park and walk over the top of Chesil and fish wherever you can fit in.

Fished Cogden Saturday between 10am and 3pm (high tide at 1pm ish) sea flat calm, clear blue, anglers all around me every 25yds as far as the eye could see both directions (looked more like a comp').
