you need to be at the brig end, june onwards plenty of mackerel and decent sized polok spining or fish peeler crab using rotton bottom rigs for cod and wrass, walk along the brigg at low tide and cast towards scarborough fileybay behind you. hope this helps cheers ian. had some nice fish from there

nice report mick you do get smll schoolies off filey beach nearthe paddling pool allso reighton sands does produce a few bass and flatties fished there myself a few times, cheers ian

smoothounds start at chapel st leonards about the middle of may but you must have peeler crab, mate of mine has had 14 in a session dw there and all were cought on crab macky and squid wrap or sandeels for thornbacks and we use size 3/0 hooks on pully rigs, hope this helps ian.

i use a salt tripod adjustable with leg stablizers takes 2 rods comes in its own holdall, great piece of kit cheers ian ;;)

hi boansy not a lot being cought on lincs coast at the mo,im up at scarborough from the 2nd to the 10th april will be fishing the holderness coast ther catchig a few up thereheers ian not long now for the smoothounds mate.

i mutch prefer a leather finer stall just buy a cheap golf glove right handed and you can cut the fingers of them, ive never had a problem with them even pendulem casting, hope this helps, cheers ian
