I just use a hand torch... on for knotting, baiting and de-hooking (if the blighter's swallowed it) completely precision and isn't so bright it's obvious.

Can we turn the heat down a little guys? Littering of coastal waters is a global problem and can't be blamed on any group of people other than those who are too lazy to clear up after themselves. All we can do is ask those we see littering to pick it up again, clear up after ourselves, pick up anyth...

Basking Shark? that's grown abnormally big?

The largest specimen accurately measured was trapped in a herring net in the Bay of Fundy, Canada in 1851. Its total length was 12.27 metres (40.3 ft),

so it's possible we have a record breaker in UK waters!!

my memory of kayak fishing is the less instability the better... paddles give you amazing stability and control. They're also less likely to spook the fish than any kind of outboard. you can also stop yourself rolling with paddles if you're fortunate enough to hook a biggy and unfortunate enough for...
