Hi Jury's Gap is always worth a try, especially if you don't want to go far out of Camber. It's at the end of the straight road which heads out of Camber towards Dungeness. Simply follow the straight road which runs parallel to the sea for a mile or so, past the car parks, along the sea wall, until ...

We went down there Saturday afternoon into the evening without any problems.

They were merrily firing GPMG's, SA80's and a few 0.50's

It was pretty busy, only a few macherel were showing due to the rough seas.

Thanks for the info, even if u blank, thats info.

We all have the odd blank, report them!

Tell us the bait, the distance.

Especially this time of year.

Let us try other styles & baits.

Then we can ace it next year!!!!

Sounds like you all had a good time. It's an excellent place to go as a group. Even if it's just to get away from it all.

I went there a few weeks ago and saw a few groups camping there, although not all of them were fishing.

Must try it some time.

Hi, I'm at the same place with lug pumping. I've trawled the web for a how to on lug pumping, but nothing seems to help. I too seem to expend a lot of sweat over a few lug. There must be a knack, otherwise the guys doing it every day would give up. Is it how you pump them, how deep you go, or where ...

If you take a look at what is washed in a lot of it is foreign, and what is of U.K. origin could also be from the same source...
