Another 6 bass out on yesterdays tide, 2 keepers but this is becoming a very nice spot. 3 of us casting 2 rods each, everything caught on rag(more so) and Lug nothing on shrimp. In the last 2 sessions between 2/3 of us we have had nearly 20 fish, that constitutes just approx 5 hours fishing.

No all small fry, we have been told to go to the mouth of the creek, and for those that know it by the old railway bridge, good size bass being caught there on Rag, lug, spinners and float!

Arelsford Creek

Just got back from the Creek Brightlingsea side, 10 Bass between the two of us, not massive but very productive, the bigger ones were up by where the River Colne runs in by the old Railway Bridge, all on Rag.

Quite happy but off again tonight.

Thanks guys appreciate the help, I really enjoyed the descriptions of the different types of Knots it really helped, is there anywhere that shows diagrams of different Rigs (apart from those already on site), some one bought me some spinners and I have not a clue how to set them up. Thanks in advance.
