Hi,when I spin the handle and then stop it,the spool still spins for a couple of seconds with a slight clunking noise,any idesa?Apart from this the reel functions fine.

I'm an ex back of the knife user since buying a descaler for a few quid of fleabay,can descale much quicker and more thoroughly now so i's recommend one for sure.

It's been carp the last week for most of Chesil,the odd decent fish,more than likely due to the easterly winds.Needs a good gale to stir it up between now and the next spring tides then it will start producing I would say.

Fine fish dizzy,I fished Abbo tonight and got plagued by doggies,even had a threes up.Didn't even manage a whiting.
Once again,nice one.

I'm off out now to try and catch my first fish of 2008,hopefully a bass,surfs up with this fresh easterly so off to give it a bash.If I'm successful will let you know later.
