Better than a blank mate. Probably a little to late now for flounders. Although a few are still being caught. You need to try the woods at goatee. Best place I know for flounders.

Ive got a club match at Browndown soon and was wondering if anyone has fished it lately? My match is a couple of weeks away yet but any info would be useful.

Well done mate. You never know with codling, they can turn up at anytime but probably with that sort of moon and clear water you are always up against it.

pagham

Hi Alex, Most beaches around here are normally quite shallow and therefore fish will only come in close during darkness. Now if you have chystal clear water, full bright moon and flat calm seas the fish are less likely to venture in close. Best condition are normally after a good blow South, South w...

Being some what of an expert on the place there are a few points worth knowing. Never fish the beach section at the far end as you will lose gear after gear. Also don't use grip lead, plain 4-5oz are fine. Lead lifts do help but the key thing to remember is do not stop winding once you start. Best b...

I might be going to lepe this sunday night if your interested. Not sure yet as im surposed to be going ...
