Was up at Dimmo yesterday. The access onto the beach is fine but you need to walk on the beach to the turbines. It is really snaggy at the back of the turbines. A guy next to us pulled 2 cod out in 2 casts about 100 yards before the first turbine 2 hours before bottom water. We blanked closer to the...

South Bank Fishing Marks
Anyone know of any decent/safe fishing marks on the South Bank; Barton up to Cleethorpes? I have heard there are fish coming out over there but don't have a clue where to go (except the obvious Cleethorpes beach).

Old Hall Sat 22nd Oct
3 of us fished Old Hall yesterday (3 up 2 down). We knew it was a southerly wind and wasn't going to be very pleasant. We had 8 Whiting and 1 Rockling between us (i had 2 of the Whiting). Fished better after high water with 5 of the 8 Whiting caught about an hour on the down. Still loads of crabs ab...

Oh My Cod(ling)
Started the day at Hornsea but was far too rough to fish. Ended up at Paull. It was packed. After about an hour or so of nothing my rod finally started to knock and to my (and my fishing buddies) amazement, out comes a codilng (around 1 to 1 1/2 lb). Hope this is the signs of things to come. Caught ...
