Hi eccles, what hooks do you use for bream ? Iv heard carp hooks are good? Never actually been bream fishing though, definitely on my list!

Haha I know collecting bait is the cheapest option but I mainly fish at night and I live inland in Hertfordshire so it's difficult . I was more wondering if many people bulk buy bait? Thanks for the info, I was checking out online bait shops and had not really heard of it before.

Im probably going to feel the freezer with dirty squid, mackerel, and peeler crab.

How have people got on using frozen lug?

What one makes the best FROZEN bait?

I don't think it's fair to compare fresh mackerel to frozen blueys but if you was going to fill up your freezer with emergency bait what would you go for?

Lately the weed has been so bad I can't even reel my rod in without pausing for 10 mins pulling weed off, then again pulling more weed off once retrieved the weight and rig. I guess in them conditions other people either move venue or give up?
