ah ive got a real problem distinguising between dabs and flounders :D ive read up on the differences and still cant tell :(( snagger....yh a meet up wont be a prob. i keep on fishing the point as its the most productive mark i know but i am keen to try new marks soon curry point being top of the list

well done mate nice report, Hope you got on ok with the new reels. Tight Lines, Tim. B-) its been ok mate. 2 birdies, one of which needed the line cutting. one cos i accidently touched the spool and the other i loosened the spool too much. so all in all not bad for just starting out with multiplier...

ive alreay looked at the Hellbender but i cant find the multiplier version only the fixed spool version

unless someone knows where i can get a pair of hellbenders for mutitpliers for the same price

Guys ive just been out for a session with my new 6501's i cannot find a helpfull guide anywhere or in the manual on how to clean the reel after a session i can find plenty of guides that go through step by step on how to full strip it down to service it but not on what im after ive read a few posts ...
