Pennel hook set up

Gents I would like to tie up some pulley rigs with pennel hooks.I read an article today wher the author mentions that he has the top hook of the pennel rig on a sliding knot so that it can be adjusted for worm length etc with the bottom hook fixed.I cannot find any reference to how one ties the top ...

Sea Fishing Majorca

Goinf to Majorca on Friday for a week :D Has anyone any idea if there are any charters over there that I could maybe get a day or two out ? I am going to an area close to Palma.

Andy (Eskkie),Weegie and I were gutted that a recent boat trip out of Dunbar which was cancelled due to the skipper not having enough people to fill the boat. Interesting,thanks for the information,if I recollect the river was tidal ( and wide!) what species would there be ( i presume flounders for starters).Appledore was a really nice area ,we had a few walks through there last time down.
