Sounds nasty, hope she mends well. Must admit last time I took the caravan out I got the hitch stuck. when I parked up I knew the front had to come up quite a bit to level it so I put the jockey wheel on a wooden block while it was still attached to the Land Rover. when I tried to hitch it back up I...

Good luck mate, let us know how you get on. I've got 3 weeks fishing in Wales coming up so won't be anywhere near Spurn till at least September.

I tried on some nice Daiwa neoprene. I'm only 5'3" and they were wearable, only slightly long. The feet fit really well and were lied and comfy. Not like my rubber ones that fall off my feet.
Wish I could get chesties to fit :(

Thing is you can't get fresh mackerel in the supermarket, despite what they tell you it's always stale. Fresh it's amazing, stale it's foul!

It could do with replacing anyway but there are son many I don't know where to start. About 18lb should do. I bought some last year and threw it away before I had even...

Hi Stu. I'm no expert on Filey Brigg. Tried it a couple of times without much luck but it is very popular and does regularly produce good fish. I know there is a hole right off the end of the Brigg into deep water but I'm not sure how far. I know it's not a long cast and a rotten bottom rig is a goo...
