Ok, so it's not tackle but it does live in my tackle box. If you want a good concise guide to good places to fish in the UK, you probably won't do much better than this. Starting in Northumberland and working it's way down the east coast, on to the south and back up the west, this book has all the info that you need for any given mark. Best times to fish, favoured baits, species, it's all there. There's even a set of directions on every page so you won't get lost! At £8:99 it isn't going to break the bank and might just give you some inspiration if things are a little slow at your preferred mark. Published by Emap, the content comes from Sea Angler magazine so you know the info is going to be pretty accurate. Got my copy in Smiths. Go on, give it a go.
