filleting! its a black art to me. how do you fillet a flatty? does anyone know a good web site with diagrams? i'd love to take at least a bit of what i catch home. if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated. happy

Hi mate,

you could also try "Rick Steins fruits of the sea". Great book with step by step filleting of different types of fish.

thanks guys. all need to do now is catch some fish. going fishing for the first time in 20yrs this sunday. i'm gonna give gosport hardway a go. happy
