fish and strips

im going to try these new fangled baits called "fish and chips " instead of real bait , can anyone tell me if their any good or am i waisting my time.

i've tried them after seeing a article in a mag. not really as good as they made out, everything's worth a go once though.

thanks bigguy,think ill stick to real stuff from now on ,its difficult enough to catch anything as it is without tying one hand behind your back.

i'm gonna try some peeler mix stuff off ebay soon. it's quite cheap and if it works could be handy in winter.

i'll fish with it then post a report. :wink:

I fished with a guy who used it ....and honestly its totally pants,it looks like cat sh*t and smells twice as bad.We were all bagging up on fish and he didnt get a single bite,stick to fresh or frozen baits,you'll be wasting your time with that stuff.

As far as Ultrabite goes.....it works and does improve catch rates.But i still prefer to add an inline swimfeeder to the bottom of my rigs for certain species,filled with mashed sandeel and fish oil and bran is a killer for ray's on sandy clean ground 8)
