Excellent Bait Supplier - Black Lugworm Mail Order

Hi all,

With the cod season in full flow i thaught i would share with you all about a fantastic bait supplier i have had the pleasure of meeting.
This guy has the most top quality fresh Black Lugworm you could ever wish for, and he will supply it to you via mail order!!!

I have baught from him a couple of times and the bait is dug the same day as posting to you so it is really fresh and not like the frozen stuff you buy from many of the shops we all use. The worms really are top quality.

When in search of black lug I have found it very difficult to find any over the past, even when I tried to get black lug through mail order I had no success :cry: many thanks for these details big grin

what sort of price are they, and minimum order etc.

i don't really use them a great deal and not that many at one time. the ones round here can be good but then can be absolute c**p. it would be good to have a consistant good quality supplier though.

Hi mate,

they run at £2.50 per 10 worms. I dont think he really has a minimum but im not sure as i buy them by the 100 anyway abecause he digs them the tide before posting and they are that fresh/live when you get them you can freeze the rest that you dont use.

Hi Ray,
Been lurking on this site for a while now....
I fly fish at Hythe ( you might have seen me back in the summer } but have taken the bait rod up again this Winter, and decent Black lug is what i'm having trouble getting.
