Hi all, don`t waste money buying expensive spooling stations.Simply take an old ice-cream tub, make a hole in both ends, about 1 inch(2.5cm) below the rim, thread a skewer into the first hole, put your spool of line onto it ,pass the skewer through the second hole, you`re almost ready. Now fill the tub with water (just below the hole)and you`re ready to reel.Hope you all find this helpful! |

I have a spooling station and I wouldn't be without it. Not only can I fill me reels under constant tension, but I can strip old line off them in record time as well as sharpening my hooks. hope this helps. keith |
