i know people say you catch 3 eyed fish in the river tawe but giv it a try.
i went there last year and caught 16 mullet (by sainsbury's) in 1 session using bread and raw prawn on a normal freshwater float with small barbed hooks (the biggest fish weighed 4ld!!!!),
3 tidy sized bass (different session) by the carbon black same method as the mullet but using a single harbour ragworm on a size 4 barbed hook,
10 flatties on a running leger with a harbour ragworm
12 whiting (same method as the flatties)
and an eel (accidentely hooked)
iv enjoyed myself there many a time |
