Had a go at Ogmore yesterday.
Found where 'The Deeps' are and had an hour there but was losing too much tackle.
Moved to the river mouth and actally saw fish being caught!!!
Cant wait to have another go - hopefully friday on the big tide - might get some fish for myself at last.!!

Chap on the deeps was using whole squid.
Guys on the rivermouth had bass on ragworm. |

Went back on friday as stated.
Caught my first real fish - codling about 3 lbs!!
Sandeel legered in the river channel off the rocks at high tide. It spat out two or three so must have been feeding on them before i caught it
