Another Newby

Hi everyone,

sorry its taken so long to get an intro done but with the fishing and the school hols. the computer has taken back stage.

I'm Steve, nickname Bigred,. I live in the Thames Valley about as far as you can get from the sea in any direction, ( 60 miles South, 40 miles East, 80 miles west and you can forget trying North!!!)

I originally came from near Pompey and still fish the beaches of Langstone Harbour - Hayling - Portsmouth when I get the Chance.

Are the any Sea Anglers up my way, say within 10 miles of Slough who would be interested in forming a Club / Association / Alliance to share the cost of travel down to the Sea, sharing petrol costs etc or maybe get a Boat charter trip organised.

Perhaps even getting meetings and something social organised, say meeting up in a pub and swapping fishermans stories :lol:

Welcome aboard fella,I'm sure there are a few members living in your part of the world and hopefully you'll get to meet a few of them soon enough.Fishing reports are always appreciated and encouraged from our members and i'm sure you'll get some good info from those already posted.
