just got home from southend blanked the place is full of eels lots of bites but could not hook them a few scoolies was caught if you like useing small hooks and i mean small hooks still it was a day out

hi where on the pier was you i fished by the station today yes there where lots of small bass coming up but i also took 3 good size mackerel
and 1 nice herring

what was you useing hoke-eyes or feathers because the rest of us at the end was useing rag 2 lage mackral and an herring sounds good but would have liked a nice size bass or flattie i bet :lol:

was using hokkais yes i would have loved to have got a nice size bass big grin
have not had any flaties for a long long while dont know whats happened
to them :cry:
