brave or foolish ill let you decide..... but i love fishing when it pays off. Went down to my local turf...West Bexington....armed with fresh lug and rag......returning with 3 codling, i couldnt use my rod rest because the surf was just too strong and the waves made my rod dance so i have spent the whole night holding my rod....and man am i glad i did = ) ill get some pics up asap, but i have some gutting and eating and then the pub..
a little basic info for less experienced anglers.... using a 7oz weight on a single hook clip down rig, casting as far as i could. happy

yeah i fished with 5 others, and we must of had 50 odd doggies, there bloody everywhere, nice to eat but a pain to skin etc. we had a couple of channels too, not the worst night. What bait were you using, i had the cod on three lugs with a whole squid, and the whiting on sand eel, just fancied trying something else. Was casting as far as i could too

haha yeah my dad is nuts and might kept shouting it, but i did go a bit haywire when i caught one, especially as my dad had been there since 3 and i turned up at 6:30,... down the left from the car park, after another person with a bivvy, dad was set up with a brolly if you saw, we joined him some time after....think the cod was at 7 big grin
