that is a very good distance indeed. you obviously have got a good style. just keep working at it and it will come. there are two things you could look at and they are,
try and make the punch/pull faster. this part of the cast gives the lead its accelleration.
try and bring in a little more body rotation at the start of the cast.be sure not to go too far too soon. take it a little at a time.
if you can get together with pete then it would be very beneficial to you. |

hi tj, i am currently having lessons with nigel conlon as he holds group techins every 2 weeks or so, i have learned lots from him, sound fella,i'm just eager to get my 200 yrd badge  |

hi tj, i went down to cast at the nwsf at blackpool today, i cast a recorded cast of 201 yrds, i cast 200 or over nearly all the time but i struggled to keep withing the court :oops: , i cast 220 twice but again just out the court :wink: , i'm over the moon with my 200 tho 8) |

i use a blue zziplex hst and an abu mag 3 .
use a dymic hst for the 125. |
