 short trip, 1130- 1430.
tide, 1100 h/w. 12 meters @ beachly but i wernt there
weather , wind n/w, fine once i got there,
bait, frozen macky and black
caught , sod aall.
started to fish with a strong incomming tide slack water for approx 15 mins then off out again strong ebb tide then eased after 1/2 hour .
possibly had 3 bites during course of session but may have been the wind blowing me rods off of the rests or weed running past in the tide.
either way no fish.
for exact location search on multimap for lydney harbour docks nr the railway station. i fished straight over the cannal from the buildings with the bright white roofs. as veiwed from aerial photo at 1:10000 scale.
well it looked fishy to me when i woz there last year.
anyone else tried this far up?
tight lines Gee jay. |
