hey chaps
I know that fishing in front of the manor car park is popular but just wondered what is was like to fish slightly further on up to the right, near the corner just past the large wooden groins?

That bit is called The Butts, I think. Quite popular and productive. Why don't you try Landguard, a bit further along. Head for Landguard Fort, park in the car park just before it, walk through the gate and head right or left. It had been fishing quite well up until a week ago. I think it may now have gone off slightly, though.

thanx for the info stu was just when i was down there the other day the manor was packed but no one seemed to fish round by this point thought it may have been snaggy or something |
