Got to ask this one mate:- Are you doing day or night because this time of year there is virtually no point in daytime fishing, it's only after dark thet they come in. |

yes I'm only fishing at night, last night fished from low 8pm to high 3am
I'm just bloody useless, but my night will come  |

What tide was it and where in stokes bay did you fish. I would fish at the club straight in front or near the slip way as there is a deep hole there
If the tides are 3.8m to 4.2m then fish gilkicker in future. Much deeper water and you will hold bottom in those tides  |

Thanks for that, I'm fishing the 3rd carpark on the road going towards Gosport just before the sailing club |

Fish the sailing club car park m8. Seriously had a great time there last time and it is a favorite spot amongst most anglers  |
