Hi, went to brid and fished 3 up and just over an hour down. Royboy popped down for a natter and brought some live lug, I used frozen lug on a sabiki, and the live on a 2 hook flapper attached to a pier rod n reel i bought when i got there. The sabiki produced 2 big weever fish, but the live lug were stripped in minutes by the crabs, so no joy with them. All in all it was a quiet day, but weather was'nt too bad, no rain. I for one will be glad when the crabs go, its been months now of the little bait robbers. going to try Filey brigg tmoz, hopefully catch a maccy or two. |
