Forgot to mention whilst on Holiday with DCM we went to collect bait from Canvey Island whhen the wife spotted a tackle box just by the counter. I had a close look at it and decided it was just what I needed for shore fishing and at £25 it was a steal. The box is made by ZEBCO and is large enough to fit everything in and small enough to carry with ease also tough enough to sit on.

I will post a pic or two later with the dimensions.
Cheers

Just been reading some of the old posts whilst we are experiencing this crappy weather. When I came upontis one. The box that I bought has now seen some serious use and has stood up to the test of time. It is both functional and lightweight with plenty of room inside for all your bits and bobs. I am now on the lookout for another for my 2 lads to use.

Oh by the way I don't store ragworm so you can leave my rear end out of it. LOL big grin big grin big grin devil devil devil

Hi Keith,

AB Fishing Tackle ( www.abfishingtackle.co.uk ) have ZEBCO boxes for sale at £29.99. Also Ebay have one at the moment.

BTW, how is the fishing van progressing?

All new parts to be fitted but some bolts shear off when trying to undo them so they have to be drilled and it makes the job longer.
