A report worth waiting for (selsey)

Well its been a while since i posted a report, but this one is worth a metion,

I fished our monthly Army comp at Selsey on Sat night and from the off things were going from bad to worse !!
the transport was late due to work so needing to book in by 4pm and arriving at 6pm (when rods in were) puts u on the back foot from the off..
I was in the water by 1805 rushing around trying to sort my admin out when my rod gets dragged off the rest and towards the water I pick up and i can feel the pull of something good !! 50kg of weed and 20 mins later aching like a pig i picked all the weed off and cast again the same thing happened.
finally after 2hours the weed died off and in came the HOUNDS !!
I landed 4 all over 10lbs my biggest 11lb 4oz although i dropped 5 hounds

16 of us fished and in all we had 2 Bream 2 Pout and 88 HOUNDS

that is one hell of a fishing session
most of the hounds were caught on peeler but then started taking squid as well..

top report mate, sounds like it all came good in the end eh??
lots of hounds around poole at the moment just not the doubles. had a similar night but nothing over 2lb.

Make sure you set the drag unless you can afford to chuck a rod away LOL devil

You forgot to mention Badgers sole Danny, which he took the flatfish roleover with - £72 was it, jammy get, cracking night though was'nt it.
