Location: West Bay, Chesil Beach
Date: 25th January 2007
Time started: 1930
Time finnished: 2215
High tide time: 2300
Conditions: The sea was beutifully calm with a gentle roll onto the beach, no wind at all but cold!!! when we packed up the temp was -2!! our kit was all covered in ice and the fingers where starting to numb but it was a real good night.
Number Of Rods Deployed: 3
Rigs used: 2 hook flapper rigs with 6 and 5oz sinkers
Bait Used: Mackeral
Fish caught: 1 doggie and a small pollack, funnily enough the same as our last trip to this location
Bite Detection: brilliant! the rod tips where perfectly still showing every bite and there where quite a few good bites but unfortunatly not many fish on the hook!!
