went out early before work this morning .hw6.30 arrived at 5.30 to be greeted with two eastern european anglers spinning ,thought i was the only idiot getting up that early.they had two mackeral between them .cast my clouser ,only to get tugs and no hook ups,ok change from 3inch clouser to 11/2inch chartruse and white clouser size4 hook.first cast fish on ,with its darting runs ,mackeral.had five mackeral and a few hook ups stopped fishing about 7.one of the other guys had a nice bass about 21/2lb on the fly then changed to spinning ,strange.all in all a great bit of sport .
they are getting ready to be cookednow.
