Do you know the mysterious MrIx ?
Have you met him?
Have you shook his hand?
Can he truly walk on water?

Or is he just a figment of our imagination?

her's what he said..........

CBT can help you to change how you think ("Cognitive") and what you do ("Behaviour)". These changes can help you to feel better. The only OCD I suffer is compulsive fishing. Unfortunately I'm working so many hours moving business, that I'm not even doing that. The only reason I'm home so early tonight is that I couldn't get any further on my own.
