First of all this is my first post so Hello to all!!!

I am wanting to get back into beach fishing after a lay off of a good few years & would appreciate some advice regarding rod length, i am set on a pair of Daiwa Supercast rods (always a Daiwa fan) to go with the 7HT's i have had safely stored for years but am unsure if i should go for the 12' or 13' models, i have continued to fish in lakes for Carp etc so havn't forgotten the casting techniques but as i'm a bit of a shortarse just wonder if the 13' would be a bit much.
All advice greatfully received, thank you! big grin

First of all a warm welcome to the forums. As you say your a bit on the short side I personally would go for the 12ft ones but after saying that if you are strong in the arms the perhaps 13ft would be better. Decisions decisions lol big grin big grin
Cheers
