im disabled but i dont let it stop me fishing these are the things i do
1st never fish a beach that as no mobile phone signal
2nd i always have a spare charged battery for my phone
3rd i never use a fishing box as there pull your back to much and
there no good for your back to sit on get a folding cnair there only light
4th i have one pocket in my rucksack that as the following in it
a small flash light to get attention in the dark to let people know were
you are
i also have a couple of air bombs that i get at at bombfire night if your hurt and you can hear people around they will let people know some one
is on the beach and they will look who it is
5th think about wat can go wrong and find away to over come it
i hope this helps you to get out there and fish |

Airbombs are an excellent idea!
I think many people put safety second after fishing. That is till things go wrong.

the air bomb is a good idea but i wonder if it could be adversely affected by damp rendering it ineffective, i would have thought an orange smoke flare would be safer and more reliable |

i keep them in a plastic bag and on bonfire night i buy some new ones and let my old ones of and they have always gone of no problems |
