the petition on the trawler men is nearing its end

well i have just heard on the local radio that the proposed cod catch quota is 25% reduction in the cod that they can keep which i think that its prety piss poor on the eu people, they should atleast put a ban on the trawler fishing for atleast 4 years so that the cod and other specie can replenish thier stocks, if that was the case it would benafit the whole of the fishing comunity, on land and on the sea..

what i meant was the debate is in with the people that are trying to balls it up for every one especially the fish, on that program called EXTINCT we will sea the COD as one of the endangerd specie that is depleating rapidly.

i heard on the radio that they said "the trawler men in fleetwood have a very anxious wate on there hands becouse the fishing regs were in the eu in brussels and they are debating on the fish stocks and they were trying to get the quota less by 25% of what they can dock with"

sorry i must of just got the wrong end of the stick i appolagise :oops:

Yes, but Fleetwood only has about 3 trawlers left.
