Hi chaps,

I am planning on taking the Mrs and baby to the Pier this coming Saturday. Aiming to pick up bait from Woodbridge at 8am and then head up, with the hope of being there for 9am to try and secure a spot.

Have a few questions if anyone can help me out:

* Weather doesn't look good according to BBC site, is there somewhere better to check?
* Is it likely the Pier will be full of Season Ticket Holders? Its not the biggest place to fish so wondering if there will be any room.
* Hows the Pier been fishing recently? Had a cracking day there in November and must have caught in the region of 40 odd fish but only a small bagfull returned with me so hope its the same but bigger this time around.
* What alternatives are there? need to make sure the Mrs has access to toilet facilities and no doubt a warn cup of tea as well as possibly keeping the baby dry.

Thanks in advance

Matt

Thanks guys, may have a little rethink about what to do then, may just try to catch the early tide on Sunday morning instead around East Lane or Shingle Street.

Andy - I'll have a chat with the Mrs and may well change for a dabble on the Pier at Lowestoft so thanks for the PM offer, may take you up on that.

Cheers

Matt
