Hi, I got same combo 3/4 months ago, nice reel, Rod is good, but seems quite heavy and not well balanced, overall really like both, infact bought a second 850 a week ago. I bought to improve my casting distance, but not really helped in that department, but thats more down to my technique I think, Im a bit hit and miss.
