Well even worst than on the 30th! Down there from around noon 'til 4. Srarted on the end platform, right hand facing Kent but couldn't hold bottom, wondered why it was vacant, don't suppose the big tide helped much. Moved to the start of dog leg, fishing towards Coryton service peir. Couple of small knocks on the pennel but no connection! Pulled out the small 3 hooker that I was targetting Dabs with and retrieved a tiny 4" Whiting. That was just before packing up and was the grand sum of £7's worth of bait and numerious frosty extremeties!!!!!!!!!!!!
Must have been a dozen others down there and as far as I could see the tiddler was the only one to make it up.......
Stroll on the spring run.
Cheers all, Mark. |
