4 of us decided to venture out and fished Winters Pond, East Halton for a change.
Water was nice and murky and expectations high.
Pity the cod where somewhere else (2 whiting and a flattie being the pricely catch and too much fresh water running into the river nearer Barton, being the suspected problem).
Good to catch up with Bucko though (his 3 hr drive to get there showing how mad he really is!).

Unlucky Don, thats why I havent been fising up that way since me and Ian went in november, havent seen 1 decent report!! Yiou will also be shocked to hear I havent even been to chapel this winter!!! shows how bad the fishing is!!

Absolutely mate (have had ordnance survey on the phone asking should they move their chapel4sake and chapelmann waypoints ).
Must have a get together again as soon as the fish come back!
