A big Hi to everyone big grin
I'm John from Whitstable, Kent. I get to go fishing nearly every other weekend,(wife permitting Ha Ha). I share an Alaska 500 with my mate Mark and we fish out of Herne Bay which is the next port along, great launching facilities there. In the past year we have literally caught a near boat load of Bass, mostly spinning from the local war time forts off shore, we get a fair amount of doggies and smoothys along with the whitting, we also have some good thornbacks, caught a 12lb one the week before last. Codling are a bit sparce at the moment here, but a few are being caught here abouts.
I'm also a member of the Herne Bay Angling Association

Hi Again,
Thanks for the reply,
Hope to get out this weekend again, this time weather permitting!
Will file reports as it does help everyone to make decisions on whether to come this way or not
