Cheers Si

Hi Mate, not sure about Cornwall however, just over the County line into Devon there are a few places that are considered Conger Hotspots.

Devils point and Mountbatten Breakwater in plymouth regularly produce conger of various sizes as does Brixham Breakwater although that is further up the coast.

In the angling section of the Evening Herald there is a report from last wednesday of the annual conger hunt in Brixham that yielded 5 congers. This was overshadowed by a little beastie caught in the River Yealm estuary that weighed in at 41lbs.

May be worth a trip?

Tight lines TMD

Hello mate, You could try up river in fowey either from Riverside slip ( just down from Caffa mill) or on otherside of river at Boddinick, but you'll have to wait til car ferry has finished. Never managed to land one there though as theres a step in end of slipway but there definatly there!
I'm in bodmin also mate if you fancy teaming up one night?
