I have been suffering recently with tangled/twisted snoods and was told to try AMNESIA line about 20 to 25lb.Does anyone know which is the best to get and how much does it cost? |

I'm using 25 (11.4kg) and I paid £2.80 for 70 metres. Have to say it's pretty good. |

i'd say it all depends on what ground your fishing over |

I use 25lb Sunset Amnesia and it works well for me- it costs about £2.25/£2.50 for 70m. |

I use either Amnesia or Ultima super snood, both in 20lb for general allround fishing and find both very good. The Ultima seems to be slightly more crab proof than the Amnesia and both are pretty much twist free unless the silver eels get hold of it   |

Always use amnesia (if it gets a bit wrinkly, you can straighten it a bit by running it through yer thumbnail). Also use short booms on a two hook clip down rig to help reduce tangling. Yes, it's a bit pricey but a 50 m spool lasts ages. |

I use Amnesia.
If you are using flappers, then make sure that the snood and the snood below are not fouling each other because the length of the top snood is too long and tangling into the one below.
Shorten the snoods if necessary.
(that's really hard to describe) |

if i make a three hook flapper i try to make the snoods go know lower than the swivel below because im a clumsey fisherman and i can be untangleing for hours!

Same as Eccles, Ive always used amnesia. Clear 20lb for all my Shore fishing from beaches.
But for rough ground, or when theres likely to be anything with a rough mouth around ie rays or hounds, i prefer to use 50lb greased weasel for a hooklength (i use it for shockleader so always have it with me) |
