Fishedfrom noon till 5pm... The sea was very rough the reason being that i choose to fish the pier and not the beach as it is more sheltered and could hold the bottom... On my first 2 casts hooked a whiting on a 3 hook continental rig baited with lug and a codling on an up n over rig also on lug then not a single bite except for a few crabs till it started getting dark around 4ish had several bites which resulted in an eel and a whiting both on my last casts...
Bet its going to fish a blinder when that sea calms down! |
