Bit late as our computer's been off. Tuesday gone we went out of Hartlepool on the 'Famous', 5 in our group with another 4 fishing plus the 3 crew who were fishing/helping with gaffing & tangles etc. Decent day all round really, excellent crew who were very friendly & knowledgable. Plenty of fish caught, Mackarel for bait first then straight into Cod & Ling, mainly over rough ground. 1st decent Cod caught by one of our group at 9lbs then varying. By the afternoon the only lad who hadn't caught up till then got the biggest of the day, a 14lb Ling! Everyone got decent fish in the end & we were all very pleased. Mind you, i was absolutely paggered & fell asleep on the way home. Luckily i wasn't driving!
Thanks again to the crew of the 'Famous', we'll be back!
