Hi there everyone, I am realy baffled with a situation I have on the Forth.
I fish upstream of the bridges near the shipping channel, on my fishfinder I can see there are quite litteraly MILLIONS of fish beneath my boat but it doesnt matter what bait I use or what method I cant seem to score. I have discused this wih my collegues that also fish the area but even they are as baffled as me. Any ideas out there?

Your fishfinder will register any semi- floating matter as fish. it could be weed or any other debi and if you are near the shipping lane the preumable the tide is fairly strong and may be the reason why there is so much debi.
Try shallow waters and see how you go on or reduce the sensitivity of your fishfinder if this is possible.
