has any one fished lowestoft at all. any tips for fishing here? is there a pier for a night session? HELP . :oops:

I haven't fished there, but im sure you can get right on the Habour wall anytime.

theres two places i fish in lowestoft thats the pier in the town or the beach behind the birds eye plant. head for the wind turbine and you will find it walk up the slope and you will find the beach. ive had good cod and whiting from there. :roll:

don`t fish the pier lot of dirty snags best place is behind birds-eye

I would not fish there without taking a good selection of spare weights and rigs. I know people who have lost say half a dozen sets of gear in a session so batter to be safe than sorry. happy
